Sinopse
I was a student in a college course that used this textbook. I´m happy that I earned the credits for it but not much else. This is a dismal textbook, plain and simple. It starts in chapter 1 where the authors engage in a lofty praise of reengineering. The fact that many reengineering projects did not accomplish the desired results does not even get mentioned by the authors.
