Though, it was written in 1932, the brilliant futurist novel by Aldous Huxley (1984-1963) is still considered to be one of the most accurate and pessimistic looks to the future. The title, derived from a Shakespearian quotation is ironic, because the world that he describes is a nightmare, where dehumanization is complete and it has everything but happiness.
